Marty and Utah Realty when above and beyond for me this year, in helping me navigate a complicated house sale. I was going through settling a loved ones estate for the first time and had a 6 month deadline from the IRS/ DOJ to sell a home with a tax lien, empty an entire home, and move my grandmother all while living across the country. I knew I needed an experienced and personal real estate company and agent. Marty walked us through the process and laid out a timeline with objectives and goals, he personally spent time helping my grandmother in her move from looking at apartments and finding recourses to make that difficult and emotional process smoother. His past experiences in contracting helped us quickly decide what was worth to pay for in getting the house for sale and rolled up his own sleeves to get it done.
