Utah had the second highest house-price appreciation of all states in the second quarter year-over-year, according to a new report by the Federal Housing Finance Agency. In the 12 months ended June 30, house prices in the Beehive State increased 7.73 percent. Only Idaho showed greater house appreciation over the same period.
