Luxury Housing
When it comes to knowing the luxury market, you won’t be disappointed. Not only do I know how to strategically market and locate luxury properties, I have also built them. One project I built in 1994 for the Salt Lake Home Builder’s Association Parade of Homes in Emigration Canyon called the “Le Veille Ferme” won 24 awards. It was a French Country style two-story that changed the luxury home industry over the next 20 years. It won the prestigious Governor’s Award for Interior Design as well as People’s Choice award. The European styling of that home is still prevalent in today’s luxury home market. This in depth experience gives our team a distinct edge for marketing luxury properties!

Personal Bio:
I was born and raised right here in Utah. Raised by a stay-at-home Mom who always kept us kids in line. Dad was a hard-working father who was a mechanical engineer at Hercules, now known as ATK. He taught me the value of hard work by example. At the age of 14, I started working part-time after school and on weekends. Attended Cottonwood High School then to the University of Utah in Business. In 1986 a friend told me to get into real estate. In 1988 I met my wife by chasing a prospective buyer out of a model home. Happily married to my wife Laurie ( my much better half) since 1989. We live in South Jordan City with our pup Sophie.
Hobbies & Interests:
I enjoy spending time with family. I enjoy fly fishing, downhill skiing, photography, gardening, (built my own greenhouse), riding ATVs in the mountains. Laurie and I have enjoyed traveling to many places. I love to Scuba dive and still do in my 60’s! Some of our favorite places are the Hawaiian Islands and the Oregon Coast along with the beautiful mountains and deserts of Utah. In the early morning hours of the winter season while it is dark outside I enjoy programming my WordPress website: www.UtahRealtyPlace.com and posing occasionally on Facebook.
Business Bio / Why
Just being available to answer questions about real estate.
Everything I do in my business and the way I do it is to make my client’s experience smooth and trouble-free.
Understanding the needs of a family’s housing situation is primary to me. Moving thru the twists and turns of the home sale or purchase and finding the right place that brings that family home to enjoy and flourish in. Advising and selling the home that has a lifetime of memories wrapped up in is of paramount importance.
Reading between the lines of what one wants and what one needs. Guiding that family or person to achieve their goal.
Negotiate thru-out the journey from offer to closing. Really sensing and seeing the little details. This is why Real Estate is my Full-Time Occupation. Has been since 1986. Realtors come and go, we are here to serve our family of past, present, and future clients.
I have been helping friends with their real estate needs in the State of Utah since 1986. We love when past clients come back to us, it’s a warm reunion and refreshed friendship. Real Estate Transaction is one of the topmost important transactions one makes in their life. Our team of professionals is here to assist you. It is often life-changing and should not be left in the hands of amateur or part-time agents. When I go to the closing with my clients I almost always leave with a huge from them. Yes, the guys too!
