Grant Money you don’t have to pay back? WOW!

We will have several 5K grants that may be applied to the down payment. Grant money will be available in mid-January, so start lining up your clients. There will be a limited number and will be awarded first-come first-served.

This is part of our community reinvestment and DOES NOT affect the interest rate on a mortgage.

Works anywhere, not tied to city, county or state.

Simple:

-No home ownership in the last three years.

-Household income at or below 80% of median county income.

If buyer remains in home for five years:

-No grant repayment.

-No interest.

-If they sell with profit prior to 5 years they repay only a prorated portion.

Single Family Homes/Condos/Town Homes/Mfg. Homes are qualified.
